Fear is an error thought: Be aware.

Fear affected your way of thinking and established some false statements, where you can quickly publish life itself. Fear performs when the conscious mind searches for direction, and anxiety is involved with continuous everyday practice. Every fear connects with the neural networks of the unconscious mind. And, it happens when belief system error to perform. We are believing fear because our thought and belief system is erroring itself through practicing wrong understanding. Fear isn’t always wrong because there is good fear and bad fear. Good fear helps to force positive intention towards action, and we are leading an ordinary life; rather, bad fear makes overthinking and builds frustration to cut confidence. Humans know there is always a way to get out from common mental barriers, but existence can think the deeper level of the mental ocean, where the real answer of the question.

The Code of Empty Sense

When you are in a situation of vulnerability, and you become empty. It may help to think you twice if you understand the code of the sense. The principle of mind is too irresponsible of other thoughts of life. The deep sense of emptiness is to run against the fellow of the black door. The door of wicked feeling may become transparent to move your place and follow their associate. Mind is the infinite ocean where it can heal the cruel. But, understanding the parallel of the emptiness can confuse and defuse you. Emptiness means you can think appropriately about the situation, not you are alone. Meditation can help to attract emptiness. The mind flywheel needs to train by every moment. It can break down inside, it can bend inside, but to stick with the feelings can be practiced to be an empty sense.

The Rule of Emptiness

We become more conscious about our emptiness. It can feel an empty feeling where you can put your energy for your passion into your profession. A vacuum mind is positive vibrations. It can help to seek your positive relationship with your God. The emptiness makes you more sensible from the vulnerable process. The continuous adjustment of life needs to set up with one possible direction. The essential practice is the activation process. It can fulfill with a concise and clear purpose. The understanding of meaning is creating when the mind is empty. When you get overwhelming, it cannot help to process with the aim.

Re-coding Thought Process

We become unsocial very soon, and it will affect our thought process and socio-cultural and emotional world. We will think about the worldly life where we feel it will bring happiness for us. Surprisingly, it is misleading. We choose our life by default or by logic. By the time being, we are getting more engaged with social media, but we are empty in the heart. Our inner emotional gathering becomes hurt, and we get more materialistic and unrealistic. But it is a time for re-coding our thought process using some internal coding standard. It may help to understand people by their perspective; let’s start to think and observe or listen rather than discuss society or the community. It is the best way when we start listening and understanding instead of talking for a lame reason.

Social Frustration

We lived in a vast society. Here are many types of humans with inhuman behavior. We live with the worst transection. But also live with some positive individuals. As a problematic human being, we feed our thought full of garbage by hearing or discussing some humor and negative information. We get frustrated regularly because it feels insecure inside. But we need to sit in a calm mood and think deep inside what is happening in the outside and inside the world. We are in a puzzle in our thought level, and it makes us more frustrated, called Social Frustration. In the virtual world, social frustration means social media. We are not satisfied when we see good habits, activities done by one of our close people. That means frustration caught up with us already. Solution: Social issues are somewhat lying; nobody wants to upload their sad or unsuccessful stories or pictures, so ignore the surface level of understanding. Or avoid social media. Live your life with a full mood with your deeper understanding if you feel you have social Frustration.

Third Wheel

Humans have the power of possibilities and also dig into the negative impulsiveness. The combination of both is a quite similar but dissimilar process. The third wheel of the inner blackhead is powerful to know the desire. It is not fulfilled but adjustable, but the inner Sarcasm understands the sensation’s weakness. It can help to pop up the unfulfilled desire and give pain in the long run.

Notes: Your third wheel has the power of destruction but you need to be stubborn more than that.

Thunder Thought

Thought Processes can become mystery or non-mystery components, but we did control over it with careful understanding. It is a tricky process, and you have to be stubborn.

When the mind starts blowing, it becomes more and more restless. When it start running the faster route to seek some temptation to remove the current thought. We must know it would not feeling good enough to change the thinking. The thought is a faster train, no pausing option. And it can never finish journey.

Solution: Make a great memory, give charity, taking notes or writing diary, sharing thoughts with wise surrendering’s, Take a warm shower or shut down everything and talk to Almighty/Pray in silent mode, you will feel then.

Empty Mania

 

It is highly acceptable for a human to take good care of thyself. The higher anxiety of life is to accept deficiency. However, a clear understanding of life is to appreciate inside and outside the world. It is possible when silent mode activated in some cases. The real or unreal circumstances accept the abnormality. The truth and untruth feeling together are not typical.

In some cases, dual feeling for the same situation or same person is mania attack. When mood can lead changes, and it aroused with the energy level. The human can find the inner image through silence when a person sits on the quiet and identifying his internal strength and weaknesses. Then, a person can understand emptiness. Only practicing personal understanding and participating with the silence team. Every psychological deficit can recover when practice makes a new road of understanding.
