Daily writing prompt
What’s a fear you’ve overcome — and how did you do it?

Fear is a natural human instinct; it is part of our survival instincts. So it is normal to have fear, but when it becomes exhausting and fear needs to be fixed, I prefer physical exercise; mentioning martial arts or simple walking, journaling, and simple breathing techniques can help to overcome overwhelming fear.

Everything is Metaphor, Decode the Metaphor!

Every single piece of humanity is a metaphor (a hidden code of envy, jealousy, anger, microaggressions, and greed). When you decode it, it needs to go back to the real story behind the activity. Genetics plays a role, but something beyond genetics, human consciousness. You can use your genetic power or defuse it. The choice is yours. The meaning of human behaviour is far more than our general thinking. Humans are the precious creation of Allah. Every single piece of universal creation inside the human being; it can think, create, attract, and destroy. The power of humans is unbelievable. The power of consciousness from the soul is unimaginable. That is why we need to empty our minds to decode human activity, their fear, and their contentment. The traffic of the mind is unable to decode; clarity and serenity of soul connection can make things more transparent and easier. Choose the people and feel their energy to understand the importance of being real.

اتقوا الله “fear God” or “be God-conscious.”

Forgiveness and illusion of arrogance

Forgiveness is the greatest virtue. When you forgive someone, even yourself, for your previous deeds, that is a great relief. Now, this is a super challenging or easy task in our lives. If you get some behavior from jealousy, insult, humiliation, or anger, it must be solved and polished in our human mind to get into a peaceful state. However, if something is miserable and unbearable, please give it all to your creator. He will take care of it. Remember, you need to forgive not because somebody deserves it but because you need peace.

Arrogance is an illusion created by human intelligence through thought. It is about the most important things. According to the Noble Qur’an, arrogance and pride are sins that Allah Almighty will severely punish. Praise Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and all his Family and Companions. People with high self-esteem do not need to be arrogant; they are gentle and polite. They do not need any drama or sugaring anybody. Arrogant people have inferiority or superiority problems because of bad experiences, impaired memory, or building their thoughts.

May Allah forgive us all. Allahumma Amin!

Sunday Quote

Your good deed can minimize your evil deeds, increase good deeds, and help yourself or others daily; it does not matter how small.

The spiritual disease can complicate your journey; take a breath and trust your Creator and yourself.

You are with you forever, even when you leave your instrument. So love yourself first; when you start loving yourself, you automatically love others.

You are what you think about yourself, what you don’t control, leave it to your Creator.
