Chameleon Effect (An Unconscious Mimicry)

Humans are the best creation of Allah. The best creation of form, color, height, beauty, and strength compared to Allah’s other creatures. The most important thing is that humans can do anything, be anything, and create anything. Why? Humans are created in three things: 1. Allah’s Soul, 2. Balance, 3. Dirt (Grounded power): Humans have the instrument (body), background (family and genes), unlimited potential for power from outside, inside skills, and an automation system. Humans have power over any animal or other creation.

Some humans can be adopted from the database (thought) to make themselves like a chameleon. They can easily copy others, pretend others, and be like others. The human system already has this character, but some can unlock this system. The Chameleon Effect is when the mind unconsciously mimics things like behavior, posture, facial expression, and mannerisms of someone else in their social environment.

Why did I raise this topic to write? Good Question. Some people can mimic sick people, and become sick; some mimic positive people and become positive; some mimic excellence and become excellence. We all mimic those in different different areas. As I discussed, this application is already in our system, but some unlock some levels, some less. You know what can be best for you or worse for you. Through my experiences with humans, I deeply understand that something strange comes to mind. What human cannot do? When I see the surroundings, I realize nothing humans can’t do. Humans can do everything. Humans can change, but some bases can stay with us. The important thing is that everything is temporary except for change. Change is permanent. Change can be good, bad, complete, or transformation, depending on your goal and purpose in life.

So, choosing your best is your choice.

“Debug” the Negative Story in Our Head

Humans have the most power in the overall creation process. Humans can think that it is the most potent substance. The soul lives in the instrument called the body and thought comes from inside and outside the world. How you diet your thought food is essential for overall health. Our negative thoughts come from the sources of the outside world, where it needs its limit to enter the inside universe. One story we as humans take a different way because of the experiences, tastes, and expressions we had before. Is there any thought conditioning we had before? If the answer is yes, we need to debug from our system. How? Limit social media and news; the benefit of limitation is getting out of the traffic on our thought road. We are the most powerful creation from the creator. So, we must understand that consuming too much food is terrible for one’s health and that too much information is also wrong for brain health. The bug always bothers us and irritates our thoughts with adverse conditions. Evil creatures bother us with the conditioning that we already have.

Solution: Read your Holy book, Meditate daily, Read good books, limit your intake of junk food and too much information, go to nature, and choose your friends wisely.

Mood Doesn’t define “Actual” me?

Why does it happen? As women, somehow, my physical and mental challenges occur for a long or short time, and I completely do not understand my real me. I deeply analyze the answer. The mood depends on the internal or outside situation; it does not produce by myself. So, the tendencies from the fact are not conscious, which can define the unreal vs. real me; it just happens. It is playing inside the brain where it needs to put the information to utilize where not. I read Dr. van der Kolk’s book because I like to “troubleshoot” myself and take proactive action to fix whatever needs fixing. The results were a mixed bag, and I’m learning that this is one area in which I need to be patient and, more critically, gentle with myself. When you understand the inner trauma or outside the terms of the ugliest truth, the process of stretching the mind can be handled. The actual me understands the whole process consistent with the belief.

Deja Vous
Bidita Rahman
The snowy emotion,
seeking the road of devotion-
Walking towards the revolution
its reincarnation, reincarnation
I saw before; it happens to me
its again I feel, I feel back to see
its Deja Vous, I realize it still allowing my knee
to broke down again,
and I am seeking his eyes,
a bloody red eyes, deadly psychic eyes,
I saw it had seen it begin.
I felt it over, and I feel goosebumps.
It should not occur again.
I become tremendously overawing.
My thoughts again to waving
and back to me again
to diminish my present!
