Temperature means “the degree or intensity of radiation present in a thing or object, especially as expressed according to a comparative measure and shown by a regulator or sensed by touch.” Our Cognitive health has its temperature level; when we get angry, it brings us up; it means heat inside, its dehydrated, and exhaustion. When we feel average temperate, then it creates peace and active. As we know about the mental temperature gives us what we really in the current state. We react; we act everything depends on your internal environment. Our inner past experiences are the reason how we communicate with the external world. Outside temperature, we cannot control, but we monitor and protect from it. Hows about the internal temperature? Are we protect from that emotional temperature? Ans: Yes, we can. We protect through meditation, yoga, a healthy lifestyle, Pray, and accomplishment.
