“Debug” the Negative Story in Our Head

Humans have the most power in the overall creation process. Humans can think that it is the most potent substance. The soul lives in the instrument called the body and thought comes from inside and outside the world. How you diet your thought food is essential for overall health. Our negative thoughts come from the sources of the outside world, where it needs its limit to enter the inside universe. One story we as humans take a different way because of the experiences, tastes, and expressions we had before. Is there any thought conditioning we had before? If the answer is yes, we need to debug from our system. How? Limit social media and news; the benefit of limitation is getting out of the traffic on our thought road. We are the most powerful creation from the creator. So, we must understand that consuming too much food is terrible for one’s health and that too much information is also wrong for brain health. The bug always bothers us and irritates our thoughts with adverse conditions. Evil creatures bother us with the conditioning that we already have.

Solution: Read your Holy book, Meditate daily, Read good books, limit your intake of junk food and too much information, go to nature, and choose your friends wisely.

Comparison is a waste effort

We do compare; comparisons of intelligence and regular connectivity for intellectual understanding are exemplary, but comparisons with profound exaggeration in which a person may be hurt cannot be required as a human right.

In Quran إِنَّ سَعْيَكُمْ لَشَتَّىٰ ( Meaning is Indeed, your efforts are diverse). Everyone is unique, and their efforts, challenges, pain, and suffering are diverse. Every individual’s journey is different. Nobody can match any individual’s plan and movement of life. Not even siblings or twins. You can be similar but not the same. Two different words have a different meaning to understand. So, comparing people, cultures, languages, communities, and countries wastes time and effort. It is better to understand the diversity of humans and their miraculous uniqueness. And deliver smiles, peace, love, and understanding, and accept the unique creation of God.

Day to Day Realization

Every day is an opportunity to breathe. Be grateful. Every day is an opportunity to learn something which helps us to grow. Be grateful as well. If we have skills to show when it can help to grow? any answer? The answer is when you use it in the right place, with the right people at the right time. The skills will help you to grow based on your environment. Power is not showing everywhere, it could be power of education, power of money, power of skills, power of anything what almighty given to you. Wait for the time. The right time will definitely come. Just need Patience.

Wednesday Mindfulness

Sometimes, blessings can be handled with care. God gives us what we really need. He knows us more than us. He is our creator, we are his best creation. We are in the best form of the creation. We are in charge of this earth. We are part of God’s master plan. We are blessings from divinity. We need to be connected with divinity with belief and transparency—transparency with divinity, not the traffic jam souls (who are trapped by themselves). We need patience to understand the tranquility of divinity and spirituality.

You are Valuable, Why?

Every soul experiences different things through the human body. From childhood, the characteristics of the soul filter through the body and experience senses, feelings, love, and compassion. Also, it desires to be something bigger or nothing. Does the soul have its own age? Maybe. But, the power of the human soul is defined to shape the lifestyle and balance the thought process and action plan; its inner fire is used to get the result it needs. Humans are valuable; even angels bow down in front of the human. The soul is invaluable. The power of the soul reflects the world now moving through the impossible things possible.
