Being Grateful!

Humans have supreme power from the Creator. With this power, we can see around us the things built, made, and created by Humans. Our Creator gives this power. So be thankful for what you have. Being grateful is the most significant and highest frequency of the brain activation and heart relaxation technique. The most potent wisdom is being grateful for God’s creation and power.

As we open the Quran (Muslim Holy Book), the first chapter starts with ‘Alhamdulillah’ which is generally translated as “All praise is for God.” In reality, the word Alhamdulillah represents appreciation in our everyday lives. Hence, when someone asks how we are, Muslims often respond with, “Alhamdulillah.” Similarly, Islam teaches us to be thankful throughout the day for waking up from sleep after eating meals, drinking water, etc. In this way, one’s entire life circles around gratefulness to God.

Being thankful for a whole year!

Happy Thanksgiving

“Debug” the Negative Story in Our Head

Humans have the most power in the overall creation process. Humans can think that it is the most potent substance. The soul lives in the instrument called the body and thought comes from inside and outside the world. How you diet your thought food is essential for overall health. Our negative thoughts come from the sources of the outside world, where it needs its limit to enter the inside universe. One story we as humans take a different way because of the experiences, tastes, and expressions we had before. Is there any thought conditioning we had before? If the answer is yes, we need to debug from our system. How? Limit social media and news; the benefit of limitation is getting out of the traffic on our thought road. We are the most powerful creation from the creator. So, we must understand that consuming too much food is terrible for one’s health and that too much information is also wrong for brain health. The bug always bothers us and irritates our thoughts with adverse conditions. Evil creatures bother us with the conditioning that we already have.

Solution: Read your Holy book, Meditate daily, Read good books, limit your intake of junk food and too much information, go to nature, and choose your friends wisely.

Forgiveness and illusion of arrogance

Forgiveness is the greatest virtue. When you forgive someone, even yourself, for your previous deeds, that is a great relief. Now, this is a super challenging or easy task in our lives. If you get some behavior from jealousy, insult, humiliation, or anger, it must be solved and polished in our human mind to get into a peaceful state. However, if something is miserable and unbearable, please give it all to your creator. He will take care of it. Remember, you need to forgive not because somebody deserves it but because you need peace.

Arrogance is an illusion created by human intelligence through thought. It is about the most important things. According to the Noble Qur’an, arrogance and pride are sins that Allah Almighty will severely punish. Praise Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and all his Family and Companions. People with high self-esteem do not need to be arrogant; they are gentle and polite. They do not need any drama or sugaring anybody. Arrogant people have inferiority or superiority problems because of bad experiences, impaired memory, or building their thoughts.

May Allah forgive us all. Allahumma Amin!

Comparison is a waste effort

We do compare; comparisons of intelligence and regular connectivity for intellectual understanding are exemplary, but comparisons with profound exaggeration in which a person may be hurt cannot be required as a human right.

In Quran إِنَّ سَعْيَكُمْ لَشَتَّىٰ ( Meaning is Indeed, your efforts are diverse). Everyone is unique, and their efforts, challenges, pain, and suffering are diverse. Every individual’s journey is different. Nobody can match any individual’s plan and movement of life. Not even siblings or twins. You can be similar but not the same. Two different words have a different meaning to understand. So, comparing people, cultures, languages, communities, and countries wastes time and effort. It is better to understand the diversity of humans and their miraculous uniqueness. And deliver smiles, peace, love, and understanding, and accept the unique creation of God.
